1. Air Arabia
Air Arabia is a low-cost airline that flies to 28 destinations worldwide. It offers affordability, cost efficiency, and a vast network of destinations. Air Arabia strictly prohibits passengers from bringing alcohol and smoking aboard its aircraft, but if you want to buy an alcoholic beverage, you can keep it sealed inside your hand luggage. Even the airline's website shows its intention: "Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on board."
2. Jazeera Airways
Jazeera Airways is a Kuwait-based low-cost airline based at Kuwait International Airport, and it is the second national airline in Kuwait. Jazeera is a low-budget airline, although it offers a limited number of premium seats where guests can enjoy greater legroom and space to stretch. As it is based in Kuwait, so due to religious reasons, they do not serve alcohol, but passengers are allowed to carry alcohol on board.
3. Egyptair
Headquartered at Cairo Airport, Egyptair is a state-owned airline that was founded on the 7th of June, 1932. The airline flies to 81 destinations across the globe and is known for the Egyptian culture. Passengers can freely purchase alcoholic drinks in Egypt and Cairo Airport, but the airline doesn't allow alcoholic beverages to be consumed on board.
4. Saudia
Formerly called Saudi Arabian Airlines, Saudia is a Saudi Arabian airline based in Jeddah. Sudia was founded on the 27th of May 1945, and they are known for its extensive network as they operate their flights to over 100 destinations. They strictly follow Islamic law, so they prohibit the consumption of alcohol. Due to their devotion to Islamic law, they provide other beverages such as soft, hot, and diet drinks; apart from that, they provide halal food items. Saudia's menu has various non-alcoholic drinks, which are served along with a halal-four-course meal.
5. Royal Brunei Airlines
Brunei is an Islamic State, and its flag carrier, Royal Brunei Airlines, is a government-owned national airline that operates its flights to over 32 destinations. They are known for their unique Brunei hospitality and a special flying experience that reflects the Bruneir culture. According to their culture, alcoholic beverages are not served as it is against their ideology, although Non-Muslim passengers can carry alcoholic beverages.
6. Iraqi Airways
Iraqi Airways is the Middle East's second oldest airline, a 79-year-old airline headquartered at Baghdad International Airport. At the airport, passengers can buy alcoholic drinks as there are duty-free shops, and those bottles can be carried on board, but the airline will not serve alcohol on the plane. The airlines will serve hot and soft drinks but will not sell alcoholic drinks as it is against their religious beliefs.
7. Turkish Airlines
The airline has been awarded for its unique catering service, and this experience comes from age as Turkish Airlines is a 91-year-old Airline, and its wings reach over 352 destinations across the globe. Turkish Airlines is an example of how premium hospitality can be offered even without serving alcoholic beverages. However, this rule of not serving an alcoholic drink is only for domestic routes; passengers can ask for wine, beer, and other drinks on International routes.
8. Afriqiyah International Airways
Afriqiyah International Airways is a young player in the aviation industry, having been founded in 2001. It is a Libyan airline owned by the state, operating flights mainly to continental Africa and Turkey. As the airline is in line with the Islamic State, alcohol is banned on board.
