Other Special Items 

Strollers and other baby items (if traveling with a baby from 0 to 23 months, one of the following four items can be carried as a personal item on the flight without additional charges; 

• A baby seat, if the baby has the purchased seat 
• A small folding baby stroller
• Honeycomb bag that meets the allowed dimension
